KELLIE A. KUHLEMAN, CPA
President and Shareholder

Kellie Kuhleman is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of business and public accounting experience. Kellie and her husband Bob founded Kuhleman Kollar & Associates CPAs, P.C. in 2001, to serve the accounting and business consulting needs of small and mid-size companies. Prior to forming Kuhleman Kollar & Associates, Kellie worked with the international professional services firms of Deloitte LLP and PWC. She later joined the regional CPA firm of Sisterson & Co., LLP where, as a tax manager, she provided tax consulting and compliance services to privately held companies, partnerships, real estate development firms, multi-state operating companies as well as high net-worth individuals. Additionally, Kellie’s extensive tax background also enabled her to serve as the Acting Director of Duquesne University’s Masters in Taxation degree program.

In her role as President and shareholder, Kellie provides tax planning and compliance services, general accounting assistance and business consulting to a client base consisting of primarily high net-worth individuals, privately-held companies and non-profit organizations. In addition, she has extensive experience with QuickBooks accounting software and regularly assists companies with its implementation and use.

ROBERT J. KOLLAR, CPA
Vice President and Shareholder

Bob Kollar is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with over 30 years of business and public accounting experience. Bob specializes in providing accounting and business consulting for small and mid-sized companies in a variety of industries. Bob’s background includes 14 years of experience with the international professional services firm of Ernst & Young LLP. As a senior manager with Ernst & Young, Bob provided accounting, auditing and business advisory services to public and privately held companies in the financial services, communication, manufacturing and health care sectors, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Bob also worked for five years at the regional accounting firm of Schneider Downs & Co., Inc. where, as an audit senior manager, he served primarily middle-market, privately held companies in the manufacturing and service sectors. Bob has been a CPA since 1985.

As a shareholder, Bob provides part-time CFO services to small and mid-size companies. He also works directly with the accounting personnel of client companies to improve their accounting systems in order to provide management with better information to run their business, and assists companies in their annual closing process and preparation of their annual reports and required SEC filings. He has also assisted companies in the selection of controllers and other management personnel.

During his public accounting career, Bob has been recognized for his teaching and mentoring skills. He has developed and delivered a variety of continuing professional education (CPE) programs, including customized executive level training courses for a variety of private organizations and publicly traded companies, such as Bayer Corporation, Bechtel Bettis, H.J. Heinz, Mathews Corporation and Meals on Wheels of America. In the fall of 2003, Bob accepted an appointment on the faculty of Duquesne University’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Accounting. From 2004 to 2013, Bob also served as Director of the Master of Accountancy Program in Duquesne’s John F. Donahue Graduate School of Business.
